If you wish to become a Client by engaging with financial advisors through RiaFin’s matching services, we will request additional information needed to match you accurately with advisors. This may include your financial goals, preferences, risk tolerance, income, expenses, and other disclosures necessary for advisors to evaluate your suitability for their services.

RiaFin shares your questionnaire responses, profile information, and relevant details with matched financial advisors. RiaFin may also share your information with advisors who are not directly matched to you (“unmatched advisors”) as part of lead delivery, advisor evaluation, or advisor purchase of leads. Advisors in our network may purchase access to your submitted information as part of their engagement with the RiaFin platform.

Once your information is shared with an advisor, that advisor may use it according to their own privacy policy, terms, and legal obligations. RiaFin is not responsible for advisor behavior, decisions, privacy practices, or regulatory compliance.

If you unsubscribe or request data removal, contact support@riafin.com. Some information may continue to be stored as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

We use this information to match you with suitable financial advisors and to enhance the accuracy of advisor recommendations.

If your matched advisor is unavailable, we may forward your information to another advisor in our network who fits your profile. We may also share your information with unmatched advisors as part of our lead delivery model. Advisors may purchase access to your submitted responses as part of RiaFin’s service offering.

Once your information is shared with an advisor, RiaFin is not responsible for the advisor’s use or handling of your information. Advisors are independent entities and are responsible for complying with their own legal and regulatory obligations.

13. People Who Contact RiaFin With a Query

If you email, call, message, or otherwise contact RiaFin, you may provide personal information such as your name, contact details, or enquiry details. Advisors are responsible for maintaining and updating their profiles.

• matched and unmatched advisors in our network;

We do not sell user data except under our advisor lead model, where advisors may purchase access to your questionnaire responses as part of the service.
