A veteran officer from the June 1983 NDA batch, Col. Govila brings decades of leadership experience from his distinguished military career, where he held key appointments such as DAQMG in a Rashtriya Rifles Sector HQ, CO of a Battalion in the North-East, and DS at DSSC Wellington. Choosing to take premature retirement despite being approved for Brigadier in 2010, he pursued his passion for financial education and empowerment. He regularly contributes to leading publications like The Times of India and conducts workshops nationwide, guiding armed forces officers toward informed and effective financial decision-making.
