Sumit Duseja

Sumit is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Truemind Capital, driven by a clear vision to build a principled and client-centric investment management firm. While pursuing engineering at IIT-BHU, he discovered his true calling in finance, inspired by legendary investors such as Warren Buffett. Recognizing his passion early, he committed himself to a career in investment management and began building a strong foundation through rigorous study and practical experience.

After starting his career in mutual fund research and analysis, Sumit went on to complete all three levels of the CFA program, gaining deep expertise in portfolio management and fundamental equity research. He subsequently worked with some of India’s leading financial institutions, where he gained firsthand exposure to the traditional wealth management ecosystem. Observing the widespread emphasis on commissions rather than client outcomes, he became determined to create an alternative advisory model rooted in integrity and objectivity.

In 2014, Sumit co-founded Truemind Capital as a SEBI-registered, fee-only investment advisory firm with a clear focus on transparency, accountability, and fairness. Under his leadership, the firm delivers customized and conflict-free wealth management solutions aligned solely with clients’ best interests. Beyond his professional work, Sumit is an active contributor to financial awareness through media interactions, articles, and blogs, and is deeply committed to initiatives that support both financial and spiritual progress in society.
