Aveek's journey as an investor began over two decades ago, marked by a commitment to long-term wealth creation through equity investments. His wealth of corporate experience, spanning 23 years, includes roles in esteemed companies like L&T and Usha Martin, where he held the position of DGM. Furthermore, he served as the Group COO in two mid-sized IT Infrastructure and Data Services firms. This rich background enabled him to gain invaluable insights into various aspects of organizational challenges, from strategic planning to operational execution. Aveek's global work experience, contributing to the growth of businesses both in and outside India, makes him a well-rounded financial expert.

Apart from his financial expertise, Aveek holds a profound interest in the education sector. He has actively contributed to the field by serving as the first CEO of prominent NGOs such as Dakshana Foundation and Katha. When time allows, he volunteers with several other NGOs.

Despite completing the requisite readings for the Indian CFA course, he has not seen the need to appear for the examinations.
