1. Scope of Professional Engagement

RiaFin provides a specialized infrastructure designed for Trusted Professionals who operate within our doctrine-based financial guidance ecosystem. These Terms of Engagement (“Terms”) govern your alignment with, and participation in, the RiaFin Pro platform. By registering as a Professional or accessing the Pro Dashboard, you unequivocally agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these professional standards and obligations, you must immediately cease all use of the platform.

2. The RiaFin Platform Purpose

RiaFin (“we”, “our”, “us”) functions as a neutral conduit and strategic partner for Professionals. Our platform is engineered to connect vetted experts with pre-educated users seeking financial architecture grounded in the 8-step RiaFin Doctrine. You acknowledge that RiaFin does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, nor does it supervise your professional judgment. You maintain absolute independence and total responsibility for all guidance, client interactions, and regulatory compliance associated with your practice.

3. Professional Alignment and Vetting Standards

To maintain the integrity of our ecosystem, you represent and warrant that you:

• Hold and will maintain all required academic qualifications, professional designations, and regulatory registrations in your jurisdiction.
• Have passed and will continue to adhere to RiaFin’s rigorous vetting process.
• Commit to the principles of Radical Transparency, including the full disclosure of all compensation models and potential conflicts of interest to matched prospects.
• Will provide accurate, authenticated, and complete information for your Professional Profile and notify us immediately of any disciplinary actions or regulatory changes affecting your standing.

4. Commitment to the RiaFin Doctrine

Participation in this ecosystem is predicated on your shared commitment to the RiaFin Doctrine—a sequenced framework for financial architecture. You agree to guide users through these proven priorities (Protection, Debt Elimination, Wealth Architecture) rather than short-term speculation. While RiaFin does not dictate your specific advice, your alignment with the platform signifies that your professional approach is structurally compatible with this doctrine.

5. Professional Independence and Non-Agency

You are an independent Professional. Nothing in these Terms creates an employer-employee relationship, partnership, joint venture, or agency between you and RiaFin or Mittaltiger Enterprises. You have no authority to bind RiaFin or act on our behalf. All advisory engagements with users occur directly between you and the user under your own professional service agreements. RiaFin is not a party to those agreements and assumes no liability for the outcomes of your guidance.

6. Pro Dashboard and Data Stewardship

As a Professional, you will have access to a Pro Dashboard containing sensitive prospect information. You agree to:

• Maintain the absolute confidentiality of all prospect and user data received through the platform.
• Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity measures to prevent unauthorized access to your account.
• Never share, resell, or distribute prospect data to any third party.
• Use prospect information solely for the purpose of initiating a doctrine-aligned professional relationship.

7. Electronic Disclosure and Communication Consent

By aligning with RiaFin Pro, you consent to receive all operational notices, strategic updates, and partnership communications electronically via email, the Pro Dashboard, or established messaging channels. Such communications are considered provided “in writing” and are deemed received upon transmission.

8. Partnership Tiers, Fees, and Billing

Professional participation and enhanced visibility may be subject to annual partnership fees or usage-based platform costs. All fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable. RiaFin reserves the right to adjust its pricing structure or partnership tiers with reasonable notice. Your continued participation after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Professional Conduct and Brand Integrity

You agree to uphold the highest ethical standards. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

• Misrepresenting your qualifications, experience, or alignment with the Doctrine.
• Utilizing the platform to solicit unapproved, high-risk, or speculative financial products.
• Engaging in any activity that undermines the trust or credibility of the RiaFin community.
• Attempting to circumvent the platform’s connection and matching architecture.

10. Intellectual Property and Brand Usage

RiaFin owns all rights to the platform technology, the RiaFin Doctrine framework, and all associated trademarks. You are granted a limited, revocable license to display your status as a “RiaFin Trusted Pro” in accordance with our brand guidelines. You may not replicate, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit our proprietary architecture or content without express written authorization.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties and Results

THE PLATFORM AND ALL RELATED SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” RIAFIN EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY GUARANTEE OF PROSPECT VOLUME, CONVERSION RATES, OR SPECIFIC BUSINESS OUTCOMES. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE ECOSYSTEM IS AT YOUR SOLE STRATEGIC RISK.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RIAFIN AND MITTALTIGER ENTERPRISES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL PARTNERSHIP FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

13. Indemnification

You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RiaFin and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or legal expenses (including attorney fees) arising from: (i) your professional guidance or advice; (ii) your conduct with users; (iii) any breach of these Terms; or (iv) any violation of regulatory standards governing your practice.

14. Termination of Professional Relationship

RiaFin may suspend or terminate your professional alignment at any time, with or without cause. Grounds for immediate termination include, but are not limited to, material deviation from the RiaFin Doctrine, regulatory sanctions, or any breach of prospect confidentiality. Upon termination, your right to use the RiaFin marks and access the Pro Dashboard ends immediately.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Mittaltiger Enterprises is registered. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith consultation shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with our established professional dispute protocols.

16. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding your professional participation. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver of our rights.
