Cancellation Window: Cancellation requests will be considered only if submitted immediately after the service order placement. Once the service initiation process has commenced, cancellation requests may not be accommodated.

Non-Refundable Services: Please note that services rendered, including all solutions, are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for services/solutions already initiated or completed.

Quality Concerns: If you encounter any issues regarding the quality or relevance of the services/solutions provided, please reach out to our Customer Support team immediately. We will investigate the matter promptly and take appropriate action to address your concerns.

Reporting Damages or Defects: In the unlikely event that you receive services that do not meet your expectations or are found to be inaccurate or incomplete, please report the issue to our Customer Support team within 15 days. We will review the matter and work to rectify any discrepancies.

Manufacturer's Warranty: Our services do not come with a manufacturer's warranty, as we do not sell physical products. Any issues related to the timely delivery of services/solutions should be directed to our Customer Support team for resolution.

Refund Processing: Refunds are not applicable to our services and solutions. However, any approved refunds, if applicable under exceptional circumstances, will be processed within 3 months from the date of approval.
