Shilpa (Bhaskar) Gole serves as the Principal Officer and Designated Partner at NerdyBird Wealth Advisory LLP, a non-individual SEBI Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) and AMFI-Registered Mutual Fund Distributor. A Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and Financial Fitness Coach (FFC®), Shilpa combines professional expertise with a deep passion for empowering individuals to build financial confidence. Guided by her belief that financial clarity can transform lives, she founded NerdyBird to help individuals and organizations achieve financial well-being through structured, transparent, and personalized advisory solutions.

With a commitment to spreading financial literacy, Shilpa has facilitated numerous Financial Wellness Group Programs and corporate financial workshops designed to instill clarity, confidence, and actionable habits with money. Her sessions have been conducted for leading organizations including Skill Factory Africa, Allegis Global Solutions, Zomato, Leap Club, Moody’s, and UpScalio. Through these initiatives, she continues to bridge the gap between financial awareness and financial empowerment, nurturing a culture of informed decision-making across diverse audiences.

Shilpa holds an MBA from the Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA), Gujarat, and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from RV College of Engineering (RVCE), Bangalore. She began her career with Dvara Solutions, where she designed financial products and wealth management solutions for underserved communities in rural India. Outside of her professional pursuits, Shilpa is an avid outdoor enthusiast and a devoted mother to a ten-year-old. Her interests include birding, trekking, cycling, running, basketball, and swimming, reflecting her boundless energy and love for exploration.
