Renu Maheshwari

Renu Maheshwari, the first individual SEBI Registered Investment Adviser in Tamil Nadu, is an accomplished finance professional with an MBA in Finance, Certified Financial Planner (CFP), CPFA, and CFA Level 1 credentials. With over 25 years of experience in the finance industry, she is a staunch advocate for client-side, fee-only financial advisory services.

Together with her partner Jagdish, Renu has redefined financial advisory in India through their company, Finscholarz. The firm provides commission-free, fiduciary, holistic, and client-centric financial planning and investment management services, significantly improving the financial lives of their clients. Her innovative practice model has garnered recognition from APAC Insider, Outlook Money, and Rajalakshmi Group of Institutes, with accolades such as 'Best Financial Advisor in India – 2016', 'Best Investment Adviser in India – Runner Up – 2015', and 'Eminent Woman Achiever'.

Renu is a founding director of ARIA and serves on the India CPF Board Advisory Council of the Financial Planning Standards Board (USA), offering thought leadership to India's financial planning community.
