Prableen Bajpai

Prableen Bajpai is the Founder of FinFix® Research and Analytics Private Limited, an all-women financial research and wealth management firm dedicated to client-focused advisory. With over 18 years of experience in wealth advisory, financial research, and planning, she brings deep expertise and a strong client-first philosophy that defines the firm’s ethos.

Her professional journey began at a leading wealth management company, where she served as Head of Research for more than six years. She later embraced an academic role at Royal Thimphu College, Bhutan, an enriching experience that broadened her perspective and inspired her entrepreneurial venture with the launch of FinFix® in 2014.

Raised in a defence family and educated across India, Prableen developed adaptability and a wide worldview. She holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Economics from Panjab University, specializing in Econometrics and Macroeconomics, and is both a Chartered Financial Analyst (ICFAI, India) and a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®). A recognized voice in the financial domain, she is frequently quoted in leading publications and appears regularly on platforms such as CNBC TV18, Zee Business, ET Now, NDTV Profit, Money9, and Business Today.
