Malay Shah is the Co-Founder of CrispIdea, a boutique financial services firm focused on helping individuals and institutions achieve their financial objectives through AI-enabled equity research and highly personalized wealth management solutions. With over 25 years of professional experience, he brings a rare blend of operating, consulting, and advisory expertise across technology, finance, and strategy. As a SEBI Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) and NISM-certified Investment Advisor, Malay combines regulatory rigor with data-driven insights to deliver disciplined, long-term investment solutions tailored to each client’s goals.

Malay has held senior leadership roles across high-growth SaaS and technology companies, where he has successfully built and scaled revenue engines from early-stage levels of approximately USD 1 million to more than USD 300 million in annual recurring revenue. His notable operating roles include Chief Growth Officer at LeadSquared, a leading CRM SaaS unicorn in India, and Chief Business Officer at Ai Palette. Earlier in his career, he spent nearly two decades in management consulting and transaction advisory with global firms such as EY, Alvarez & Marsal, McKinsey, and Infosys Consulting. During this period, he advised global technology leaders and high-growth enterprises including Microsoft, Reliance Industries, Alibaba, Wipro, Harman, and HP-Compaq on go-to-market strategy, digital transformation, and complex transactions.

Based in Bangalore, Malay brings a global, multi-cultural perspective shaped by living and working across the United States, Europe, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. He holds an MBA in Finance and applies a structured, analytical approach to both business and investing. Outside of his professional pursuits, he is an endurance running enthusiast with a deep interest in Vedic astrology and a passion for reading Indian epics, particularly the Mahabharata.
