With over 33 years of diverse professional and entrepreneurial experience, his career spans multiple sectors, including manufacturing, consulting, information technology, retail, and capital markets. Before founding Buoyant Capital, Dipen served as Head of Institutional Equity Research at HDFC Securities and also worked with Edelweiss Securities, advising some of India’s leading institutional investors. His academic foundation includes a PGDM from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.

Beyond the corporate sphere, Dipen embodies a rich blend of intellect and creativity. A trained Indian classical musician and an avid film music enthusiast, he finds balance between analytical pursuits and artistic expression.
